Bill and Rebecca Greenley need our help!

Hi. I'm Josh. I work with a wonderful lady named Rebecca Greenley. Rebecca and her husband, Bill, have had more health challenges over the years than most of us could even imagine. Bill has been battling diabetes and leukemia for over 10 years and in 2016, suffered an infection that led to both his legs being amputated. Most recently, Bill has had to have multiple fingers amputated, was diagnosed with stage IV kidney failure, and has been in the care of an assisted living facility. While there this summer, Bill caught COVID and suffered complications from the illness that have kept him in and out of the hospital all summer.

Due to Bill's numerous health challenges, things have not been easy on Rebecca. She has been his primary caregiver, nurse, and loving wife. All the while, Rebecca has been battling health issues of her own. In 2008, Rebecca was diagnosed with stage III breast cancer. She fought and won. In 2018, the cancer came back as stage IV in her lung; she's been fighting and winning. This summer, just as Bill was getting the care he needed, Rebecca had the opportunity to return to work here at Killington Resort. On her second day back, she had to rush to the hospital for an emergency appendectomy. Unfortunately, a biopsy from the appendix showed cancer present. This means Rebecca is unable to work while she gets the care she needs. Right now, Rebecca and Bill are living solely off of Social Security, of which the majority is spent paying for supplemental insurance. Rebecca and Bill need our help.

Bill and Rebecca are fighters... and winners. They need to focus on their health and healing, not how they are going to pay for heat this winter. They are in an emergency financial situation, so I ask you to help out if you can. Any amount will be greatly appreciated.
