Hi friends, my name is Jas and i’m Koda Bear’s mama. For those who follow us you may already know that Koda has had a really rough last year with mobility issues that have progressively gotten worse and GI issues as well. I have spent a lot of time and money at the vet and emergency vet trying to figure out what’s going on and getting him back to his bubbly social self. We went from walking and enjoying our city multiple times a day to barely making it across the street without discomfort. Unfortunately, after seeing a significant decline in his mobility and seeing the muscle loss on his body I have learned that Koda needs bilateral TPLO surgery.

I always knew this was a possibility with adopting my rescue bully almost 2 years ago, but I wasn’t prepared for it to be this soon into our life together. I am ready to help him through this major surgery and intense recovery, but I need help covering the upfront cost of such an expensive procedure.
