Biking the Euros - Finding beauty through connection

Hi! I’m Chris and this summer I’m excited to combine my loves for cycling, sport, and writing by cycling across Germany during the 2024 Euros football tournament. I'm calling my ride, Biking the Euros, and in addition to it being a personal challenge, my goal is to draw attention to the challenges millions, like myself, face due to depression, anxiety, and other forms of mental illness.

I’m partnering with To Write Love on Her Arms, an organization whose mission is, in part, “finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide.” I encourage you to consider donating to my TWLOHA campaign as well.

My ride will focus on the idea of “connection” – how we connect with the beauty of the world and how we connect with one another in ways to combat loneliness and to promote community, togetherness and love. Your contributions will help make my ride a reality.
