A good friend of ours was in a bad motorcycle accident recently, causing severe injuries such as a shattered pelvis and a broken arm. Unfortunately, this led to her being put into medically induced coma. Thankfully, she is now awake and cognizant, but has been in the ICU for several days and is going into surgery. Any contributions would be greatly appreciated as medical bills will be very expensive. A message from her boyfriend - Update on Allison: still in the ICU. Surgery at 8 AM  to fix shattered pelvis and broken arm, She had one surgery to stop the bleeding and stabilize her on Friday night and has another surgery today to fix the pelvis and forearm. I was with her all day today, she was awake and talking but in pain. I got to see her smile and interact with everyone, but there is a lot of recovery ahead.
