We have tried twice to get this walking aide for Carter over the past five years. We have applied for grants with no prevail. We have appealed insurance denials and worked closely with Bioness to find a solution to get this. Carter wears leg orthotics and has since he was 1 year old. He had a stroke during my pregnancy, which caused him to have mild cerebral palsy on his right side. He has done amazing in responding to the bioness trials and been approved both times for this device. Insurance refuses to cover any cost and we cannot afford it. He is starting to hate his braces and losing confidence in himself because it limits his Mobility.  He says he can't keep up with other kids when playing and climbing. I have seen this device in action with him and for the first time, I saw him move his toes! This device works! Please help us to help him be his very best self. He is a good kid who loves video games, making others laugh, Fgeetv lol, and an amazing big brother. He has worked hard to get where he is today and I want him to have every possibility out there.
