Most of you know that our dad Dickey Meeks is waiting for a new Heart.  At the at age of 10 he was diagnosed with Rheumatic Fever. This illness caused a lot of damage to his Heart. In 2013 he had a double heart valve replacement, but the benefits from that were short lived. Dad has now been listed as a Level 1a Heart transplant recipient, which means that he and my Mom Debbie have to stay in the hospital so that he remains stable until he gets a new Heart.

Throughout this journey,  many of you have helped in so many ways bringing meals, hugs, and encouraging words. We are so very thankful and it means so much!!  Many have also asked, being aware of the expense that isn't covered by insurance for this life giving procedure, if they could help financially.  It is out of that outpouring of Love that this page was created.

Through your generosity our hearts are full and we are forever grateful for your Love and prayers for our Dad and our family.
