Big Choice Taproom Move & Expansion

Born out of a garage, with family by his side, Nathaniel Miller started Big Choice Brewing with a simple idea in mind— create a place to enjoy great craft beer, share his stories and passion to create with the local beer-drinking community and listen to some great tunes.
For over five years Big Choice Brewing has been a part of the Broomfield community, raising funds for local initiatives, supporting Colorado events, and more importantly, welcoming patrons into their taproom with a cheers, many smiles, and a place where everyone knows your name, or at least pretends to ;P
As many already know, our lease is up in our current spot, and we are now moving to a bigger and better space to meet the needs of our growing fan base.
Having outgrown our Broomfield location, we are in the process of moving to Brighton, CO in the former Buddhist Temple built by the Japanese-American community in 1940 during World War II. The building is over 76-years-old, closed in 2005, and recently renovated due to the Commercial Historic Preservation project looking to rejuvenate the downtown Brighton area and maintain the city’s history. We chose this space as it is smack dab in the center of town, and we know moving here we will be able to give back to the community, as well as have a welcoming tap room for guests to gather in and enjoy our beers, while thinking of the past of the building and the future we wish to build there.
Here are some things you will have to look forward to:
- TWO patio spaces
- A huge one-level taproom with beautiful wood beams
- Significantly more seating at the bar
- Hand-made bar and tables
- A 15-20 tap system
- Food trucks
- Live music
- Brewery tours
- A continuation of the great events we currently host
- And more!
Your contribution will directly help us finalize our taproom space and supplement expansion expenses.
We are excited to have a taproom space that has all the elements our friends have been asking about for years, and a place where we can share a broader selection of our beer with you. We consider each of you a big part of the Big Choice family, overwhelmingly appreciate your support, and can’t wait to share this new experience and space with you.
