UPDATE:
As you know, Big M had a stroke back in Oct 2022 landing him in the hospital for quite some time and left completely paralyzed on his left side. Once he was able to make it home, he ran into a lot issues trying to find impatient recovery programs, due to insurance, staffing and honestly his size. He's a big man!! Since then he has really come far but still a very long road ahead of him. Speech is awesome, he has some movement and he knows he is loved beyond words, however his memory is definitely not what it ever was before. His wife has taken it ALL on mostly on her own. She is the full time nurse for both him and his mother. She is also the physical therapist, and working full time from home. So now as time has gone by, they are still saving as much money as they can to help with outpatient and in home physical therapy. They have tackled so much together and still only makes them stronger.

Hello, this is the Salmon Family reaching out for help. On October 1st, Big M was rushed by Ambulance to Regions Hospital with no feeling on his left side. CT Scan showed a large stroke on his right brain, and also and old large stroke in the same area. What should have been a 45 minute procedure to place stents in his brain turned into a 3 hour procedure. They were not able to get all of the clot. The following day both stents failed.
Please help our big guy get through this with a little less stress of the financial burden. Any little bit helps and we appreciate each and every one of you. Please continue to keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
