Big B’s Recovery
Donation protected
Big B, The Big Guy, Dad, Grampa Randy; many endearing names, but the one and only Randy Brown. The guy who never says quit and would never ask for help, but right now he needs a little help and lots of prayers. Randy was scheduled for a hip replacement but an unknown and underlying infection caused him to postpone his hip replacement and instead he ended up needing an emergency amputation in order to save his life. At this time Randy is stable and recovering at Benefis Hospital in Great Falls, MT. Soon, if all goes well and he continues improving, he will transition to rehab at Billings Health Clinic in Townsend. This is great news so he can be closer to family & friends even though the current pandemic will prevent in-person visitors, but it will be nice to be “home” after being in Great Falls for nearly 3 weeks. If all goes well at BHC, Randy will be able to transition back into his home in mid-January. This is where we need your help. While Randy’s home is a single-level, we will still need to make a few modifications in order to allow him to continue living here. One of those needs is a walk-in shower. His family will need to make these renovations very soon in order to get home settled back home and on the road to recovery. We thank you for your thoughts, prayers, kind words and any donation you can comfortably make. God Bless you all and Merry Christmas.
