Big Bob, Rob, Robert Medical expenses

Hi Everyone,

The month of January (Dec too) has been really jarring. When you’re hit with thinking you could lose several people who had such an impact on you. One of those is my dear brother Robert Redhouse. I am so thankful for his strength. He has been fighting an infection on his foot for months now and lost his job as a result. Having vascular surgeries and daily wound care for months hoping to save his foot until things went awry in January. Robert had 2 blood clots, 1 in each lung and as a result fell in the shower. The ambulance had to bring him to the ER. From that point, without the daily wound care, his foot rapidly went in the opposite direction. It was the worst outcome and action needed to be asap. But with 2 blood clots AND kidney issues rearing its ugly head surgery had to be put off a few days to get the other life-threatening issues under control. All I could do was pray for my brother for days. It's even making me cry writing this even though this is over now.

January 19th they took him in for surgery and removed his right foot from the mid-knee down. On January 30th he was moved to rehab. I am so thankful to have my brother on this earth. He is "my person" as Merideth Grey would say.

Understandably, he is in need of financial assistance to help with mounting bills and being out of work last year. I hope you find it in your heart to help out BIG BOB, ROB, BOB, ROBERT, or whatever name you called him through the years. I know for a fact he is not only "my person" but he is the kind of guy that is a lot of other folks' "person" as well. I pray positive energy comes his way so he doesn't have to worry about bills.

I'm telling you all, love one another, appreciate the time you have with your loved ones and do not take your health for granted.
