Help Linda at this awful time RIP Alan Potts (Pottsy)

Donations are still needed to support Alan's wife Linda and the girls at this dreadful time. With Christmas approaching fast and having bills that had 2 incomes to tackle it all. I am going to keep this gofundme running and try and raise as much as I can with the help of everybody for Linda and the girls to take some of the pressure and struggle off Linda, with the loss of her husband Alan, her best friend. I can't and don't want to imagine how hard things must be.

Alan Potts (Redemarsh, Leamlane) had a stroke in his sleep and never woke up, on Wednesday the 9th of October he gained his wings with his wife Linda and kids Tracy and Alan by his side.

I have set this fundraiser up at this sad time in order to help Alan's wife Linda with some costs, as most people know Linda is now raising 2 of her grandkids on her own. Funerals and other costs can mount up and especially raising 2 kids.

Alan's funeral is taking place at Saltwell Crematorium Monday 4-11-24 at 1:45

then to the leam club , all welcome to celebrate the life of an amazing man.

It was a lovely turn out. Alan was a well known man who had alot of laughs to share and the stories showed that. Alan's a man that is missed by alot of people, we all have brilliant memories of him to hold onto.

Alan has always been a hard working man, who loved socialising with a drink of John Smiths. He was in a boat fishing club, he loved fishing with the lads.

He was a jack of all trades, a fantastic Grandad, brilliant husband and the best dad anyone could ask for, a great friend the list is endless.

He will be hugely missed by all.

Alan loved his wife and family, he doted on his grandkids and great grandkids.
