James Smith (Biff) loving husband to Bronwynn and dad to Tamsyn 8 and Ivy 3. Has just been dealt with another blow nearly 3 years after having a Kidney removed due to cancer. He has been doing regular checkups and was all clear less then a year ago to have it come back aggressively. 
He is currently in hospital waiting for surgery to remove another tumour and start treatment. 
To help assist Biff and Bronwynn in fighting this we are setting this page up to assist them In everyday expenses to still care for their beautiful family.
