Some Love for the Bickfords

Bill Bickford was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.   He will travel to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Philadelphia's Eastern Regional Medical Center for whipple surgery in the coming week(s).  Bill and Annette (his wife) have not asked for assistance but we want to help this wonderful family who has been so generous to other families in need.   As a member of the volunteer fire department in China, Maine he's helped local families through tragedies as a firefighter but also as a friend often making his homemade spaghetti sauce for fundraising dinners.   (It's some fabulous sauce!)  He's also a local school bus driver for Erskine Academy, China and Oakland, Maine students.  He's a family man, has a "wicked" sense of humor, a good friend ... in short, he's truly one of the good guys.  

He and Annette need our help right now.  Medical bills, travelling to and from Philadelphia and just being there will cost money.  As he fights this terrible cancer and the pain it causes him every day, let's help make the expenses a little less of a burden.  You can do that by donating today.  No amount is too small and EVERY gift is appreciated.
