Bibek's family need your help

On the evening of Friday, February 17th our beloved friend Bibek Roy suffered a massive brain stroke and was taken away from his family and friends on Saturday, March 4th. Bibek leaves behind his Wife Swapna, a devoted stay at home mom focused on raising their 10-year-old daughter Swagata Moni, and his beloved Parents aged 82 (Father) and 78 (Mother).

It was a happy Friday for Bibek and his family till about 5:30 PM on Feb 17th when Bibek completed his office work and is relaxing in his living room sofa. Within a very short time, he lost consciousness and his body slipped to one side. His wife tried to hold him but he lost sense by then. He was immediately rushed to the Hospital and the Doctors performed several tests and diagnosed that he suffered a massive brain stroke and brain bleed. One side of his body was completely paralyzed. While everyone wished and hoped that he would recover from this fatal incident, he was in the state of coma fighting for his life but Doctors noticed additional brain bleeds which worsened his condition and he finally succumbed to death on March 4th.

Bibek is a calm going, soft spoken and a very helpful person. Bibek is the sole breadwinner of their family. Apart from his little kid, his home-maker Wife and Parents are completely dependent on Bibek both morally and financially. As the sole provider of his family, Bibek’s passing has left a financial toll on his family. So, we have set up this GoFundMe to support Bibek's funeral expenses and to also support Bibek’s family during this extremely difficult time.
