Please Help Bianca Fight Cancer

As a lot of you know, our incredible friend Bianca has been battling bowel and liver cancer for the last 3 years. As she bravely shares:

"In May 2022... the most devastating news of my life: Bowel and liver cancer.

Up until that moment, I had no symptoms... Since then, I’ve been undergoing chemotherapy treatments every two weeks, as well as countless CT scans, MRIs, and blood tests.

There have certainly been some rough days and tough weeks, but I’ve been blessed with an incredible support network—my family, friends, colleagues, hospital staff, and even patients undergoing similar journeys”.

Initially, the hope was that chemotherapy would shrink the liver cancer enough for surgery to remove the bowel cancer. Sadly, after years of relentless treatment, surgery is no longer a viable option.

"The original treatment plan was chemotherapy to control the liver cancer, followed by surgery to remove my bowel. Unfortunately, things haven’t gone as planned. Nearly three years later, I am still undergoing regular treatments, but surgery is no longer an option."

Bianca has faced grueling treatments with debilitating side effects, yet she continued to work full-time, supporting herself and living on her own. However, the physical toll of her illness has made it impossible for her to continue to do so. And with the ongoing costs of her treatment, she recently made the tough decision to sell her house and move in with her parents.

Now, our dear Bianca needs our help more than ever.

We are launching this GoFundMe campaign to provide her with a little bit of financial support for medical expenses, living costs, and to help alleviate some of the immense burden she is carrying.
