Bi Xu Chen’s funeral expenses

On the evening of Sunday, April 1, Mrs. Chen was brutally hit by a fast moving vehicle and left for dead right in front of her home. As LAPD and the community band  together to try to find the person responsible for this, her family is planning a funeral to lay to rest an extremely hard-working woman.
