Fighting the Good Fight

My has been fighting triple negative breast cancer and was diagnosed in October, 2018. This type is particularly aggressive. On March 7th, she had a double bilateral mastectomy. Cancer cells were found in the 3 lymph nodes. They tested 10 more and each one cad cancer tumors. So it has now spread to the 13 lymph nodes under her arm and has been found in her liver as well.

My parents can use as much support as possible. I want to raise money for them so they don’t have to stress as much and so they can feel some sort of security. There is a medical bill that my mom has been paying payments on. She isn’t working and has social security income which barely covers the bare minimum. 

Anyone who knows my mom, knows that she is a bad ass and a fighter. She is small but mighty. Everyone at the hospital and infusion center loves her because she always makes people laugh. Even though she is going through hell with this battle, she keeps a positive upbeat spirit. 

Having cancer, especially triple negative which is super aggressive, can get you pretty down and depressed. I wish I can take this pain and illness away from her.
