Joe Nelson

On January 23rd, 2023, while on his way to work, Joseph P. Nelson lost his life in a fatal motorcycle accident.

Joe left behind his high school sweetheart, whom he met in 1997, Melissa. The couple has 2 sons, Darren and Jarrod and he is survived by his 4 siblings, Pennie, Terrie, Cindy, and brother Jessie, and life-long friend Russell Dale. He was passionate about his job and passed away doing one of the things he loved, riding his motorcycle. The family has chosen to donate his organs, helping multiple people and family's in the end. ~Please help Melissa, Darren and Jarrod put Joe to rest as they begin to navigate through the loss of a husband, father, brother, and friend. The family does not yet have a date for services but they do have a location; Claremont Presbyterian, in California.
