Help my mom fight cancer

Hi my name is Lauren Visser and I’m raising money for my mother, Karrie Visser. She was recently diagnosed with cancer and does not have insurance. Doctors are starting her on Chemotherapy Thursday, July 21, 2022, so exactly a week from today. I’m just so grateful that God had her finally discover the cancer. It all started back in in February/March when she had a huge developing bulge in her stomach, it was growing so fast that it looked like she was super pregnant. Doctors did an ultrasound and found 2 cysts on her ovaries, 1 measured 6 inches in diameter! The doctor said areas around the cysts looked cancerous, so my mom was referred to a new doctor who found a hernia in her abdomen, but no cancer. They also did a bone biopsy and found cancer in her bones, which means wherever the cancer is, it has spread to her bones.

WE ARE STILL TRYING TO PINPOINT WHERE THE CANCER ORIGINATED FROM.

She had a mammogram today and we are waiting for the results, plus she’s going to a GI Specialist to check those areas.
