Good afternoon! My name's Dominique. I'm making this to get help with my baby's vet needs. This is BG, it stands for Baby Gunner. He is an indoor/outdoor cat, literally the sweetest kitty you will ever meet. Today we let him out, and as he was coming home, my kids noticed his jaw was off and yelled for me. It literally looks like someone kicked him in his mouth. I've called multiple places, was told they are filled for the day or they are closed. I have been in contact with someone who asked me multiple questions about him and his current situation and advised me to take him first thing in the morning to a vet she recommended. She stated to me that since he is acting normal, making muffins, purring, eating, and drinking, and has no blood coming out of his nose or mouth, it's a good sign. But I'm obviously going to be keeping a close eye on him, and if anything changes, I'll absolutely be going straight to the emergency room. The only thing I'm terrified of is the cost to have him fixed. I can afford some, but not what it's going to cost for him to have surgery. I do understand that it's hard to donate to someone who does not have actual proof of payment needed from said vet, but I can show proof as soon as I get it. This is a guess estimate from Google. Whether I take him tonight or in the morning, I'll be posting the amount and any updates from the vet as soon as I do get it. Anything is appreciated, even if it is just a share.
