Dear friends & family,

I’m setting up this GoFundMe to support myself in getting my life back. My health challenges have become increasingly severe. I don’t like asking for financial support, but the pain of barely being able to participate in life — due to chronic pain spread throughout my body and extreme physical and cognitive fatigue — has pushed me to find the courage to ask.

This has limited my ability to work, create, play, do arts, socialize, be in nature, dance, do sports, and many other ways of participating in life, which for most of us are simply a given.

You can support me in a focused phase of health tests and treatments that I believe can significantly improve my energy, vitality, and overall quality of life.

For those who don’t know, I’ve been navigating chronic health challenges for about 15 years, with the past three years being especially intense. The main theme throughout has been extreme fatigue, which has limited my ability to work, create, and fully participate in life.

I’ve been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, a condition that affects energy levels, the nervous system, and pain regulation.

How things have been recently

Over the past period, my physical health has been getting worse. I can do fewer and fewer things, and even basic daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and taking care of myself take a lot of effort. Getting out of the house for activities has become increasingly difficult.

Emotionally, this has been a grieving process. There is the loss of health now — not as a fixed story about the future, but as a real present-day reality.

At times, it feels like a child with their face pressed against a window, watching other kids play, wanting to join in but simply not able to. Hearing friends talk about their active lives, holidays, and careers brings that contrast into sharp focus. It’s painful, and I’m meeting that honestly.

At the same time, I am actively expanding the ways in which I can build a career using my talents as a therapeutic coach, and I’m already very effective in this work. The greatest bottleneck at the moment is my physical capacity — having enough energy and stamina to do the practical, consistent work required to build and sustain this business.

The tests and treatments I’m raising funds for

At this stage, I have clear insight into which next steps are most promising for me. The funds from this campaign will go directly toward the following medical tests and treatments:

Heavy metal testing

Urine test (€150) + hair mineral analysis (€150)

Total: €300

Comprehensive bloodwork

Advanced testing to assess inflammation, deficiencies, and metabolic markers

Estimated cost: €800

Medication to support pain and sleep

Including options such as Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)

Estimated cost: €500–€1,200 per year

These steps are intended to identify underlying contributors to my symptoms and support better pain regulation, sleep quality, and nervous system stability.

I’ll use any funds raised exclusively for these purposes and will share updates as I move through this process.
