If u care share has been a charity close to me ever since I lost my mam at only the age of 48 in 2015 to suicide.

The charity were there to help me and my sister get through the grief and have been a continuing support for my sister, and many others in our position.

The amazing work these guys do is second to none, and their extensive work to get everyone talking about and supporting suicide prevention is truly inspiring. I want to be a part of that; more so since the rise in suicides amongst young people, especially men, is at an all time high.

So, I’m throwing on my running shoes and taking on the challenge of the GNR! It would be great if you can help me achieve this goal and support me in any way that you can!
