This took me a few days to wrap my mind around but I am finally ready to share. My big sister Melissa passed away over the weekend leaving such a big hole in all our hearts. She was such a beautiful women and had a caring soul. Her smile was so bright she would light up the room with a laugh that you couldn't help but join when you heard it. She is so deeply missed already I can't imagine the rest of mine and my families lives without her. She's the reason we have so many of our family traditions and decorating habits. This time of year will never be the same without her presence as Halloween was her favorite time of year to watch all of her scary movies, search for the perfect pumpkin to carve, making sweet treats and spending time with her family. I know she is now at peace and will watch over all of us especially the her daughter Riley who was her pride and joy
