Hello and welcome to the first big ask of support for our new venture!

BFG rescue has been put together after a plea from Galgos del Sol, when 90 dogs who had spend years locked up were facing an unthinkable fate.

Many small independent rescues came together to ensure their safety.

With years of experience in rescue and knowledge of these breeds we just had to step in.

These beautiful souls are the overlooked and the left behind in rescue.

After a very successful year working with Manchester City Council rehoming UK dogs we have taken the plunge reworking our kennels site to accommodate BFG rescue.

So here we are asking you to support us in doing what we love, and seeing no dog left behind, no matter how big they may be!

So far we have covered overheads ourselves, we have invested in new secure fencing and drainage to our bottom field. We are currently preparing our indoor pens and opening up bigger spaces for our new arrivals.

We are reaching out for your support so we can continue our work rehabilitating these beautiful dogs. There will be further vet work required which is always costly.

Transport and paperwork depending on where they will be travelling onto is also a factor, and then there’s the food costs to consider.

No matter how big or small your donation is it will be used in the completion of BFG projects and the rehabilitation and rehoming of the dogs.
