please help me pay for surgery

Unfortunately I severely broke my ankle on August 1st playing soccer with my best friends son.  The break is a Trimalleolar fracture, essentially it’s broken in three places. This type of break requires surgery. Unfortunately I do not have insurance and my current job is a hard labor job where I’m in my feet all day and have to be mobile. This surgery will cost 44,000$ and in order to even get on a payment plan I must put up 11,000$ to get the surgery then they will work on a payment plan. I am asking and begging anyone who can help to please help, if I do not get this surgery I will never walk right or possibly walk again and as a result I will not be able to work and be a functioning member of society and a tax paying citizen. Again I am begging and pleading for help, anything helps. Thank you very much and god bless.
