BFF: student production

Hello! My name is Maya DeSousa, I am a senior at Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, and I am producing an independent student production of BFF, the play by Anna Ziegler. This play is near and dear to my heart, as it deals with the timeless gravity of female friendship (among other hilarious and heart-wrenching subjects: adolescence, love, body image, eating disorders, trauma, personal ghosts, and healing). I could not be more proud of the wonderfully talented cast and crew and the work they've already begun. But producing a play is no easy financial feat and I'd love your help! I need to raise money for the theatre rental, costumes, set, props, licensing, tech meals, and more. After budgeting, I've come up with a cost of about $2500. This may seem like a lot, but it's necessary to bring this production to life! Any donation is greatly appreciated!
