Mochi needs our help

Mochi is a rescue frenchie who has had such a difficult start in life, used for breeding, locked in a bathroom and never been taught how to cope with life. She came to us as an emergency foster, a broken little girl of just two years old, shut down and traumatised, hiding outside in the rain, fearful of everything.

With time and patience she learnt to trust us and became the most snuggly wonderful girl…. However in day to day life her anxieties get the better of her, fearful of strangers, or anyone coming to the house, anyone coming near her when out on a walk, of hoses, water, of noises, cars; you name it, her deep rooted fear gets the better of her.

We have worked with trainers, behaviourists, tried natural supplements and support groups for anxious dogs, but her anxieties grow. It breaks our heart that her past is getting the better of her and holding her back from a happy life. We are looking to raise funds to enlist the help of a recommended behaviourist/dog psychologist to try to help this gorgeous girl learn that life isn’t out to get her! This is her only chance to live a full and normal life, as she now requires more specialised help and we want to be able to give it to her!
