Hello everyone,
My name is Melchor Miranda and I am a 17 year old soon-to-be senior and have been selected, along with other classmates to visit Europe on a two week tour in July 2015. However, the cost is $4000 and realistically speaking, this is something my mother cannot afford on her own. She is working overtime, saving what little child support she gets and I am even looking for a job to save for this trip, but no one is calling me back. We are even going to have a car wash to try to raise the money, even with all these efforts, there is a chance I will not have enough money to go. Additionally I am a straight A student, have had perfect attendance since 7th grade and also involved in leadership clubs within my school. I am not sure if I will ever have another opportunity like this again and no words can express the gratitude and appreciation I would have to visit Europe. Any donation is appreciated - thank you.
