This wonderful family needs our support. Melissa barely survived a horrible traffic accident in Bibb County, Alabama. She is presently in UAB Hospital, Birmingham where she has undergone several surgeries to repair her broken body and to install rods in her broken bones. She is is going to have to have more surgeries in the future.

Some people are givers and some are takers. These people are givers and the world is a better place because of people like them. This much loved family have helped so many in our community. It’s our time to help them. For years Melissa has volunteered in our local schools and her church. Her husband, Jeremy spent the night before Melissa’s wreck, crawled up under his neighbor's front porch trying to fix a broken water line. He worked in the mud by the light of a flashlight. All this after a hard day at work. This is the type of people they are. Jeremy is missing work to be with Melissa in the hospital. After Melissa gets back home, someone will have to be there to help her around the house. Jeremy will miss more work as he takes her to doctor visits. This wonderful family needs our help.
