Last year, this triathlon brought the Mount Washington Valley together in support of the Memorial Hospital Oncology Department. This year, we are building on that momentum with the Beyond the Summit Triathlon.

This August, I will be joined by friends and teammates as we take on a 1-mile swim across Echo Lake, a 52-mile bike ride through Crawford Notch, and a 5.2-mile hike up Mount Washington, the tallest peak in the Northeast.

The patients receiving treatment face some of the hardest days of their lives with incredible strength. We are taking on this challenge to honor them, support the people who care for them, and show what our community can accomplish together.

Every dollar raised will go directly to the Oncology Department to help support patients facing treatment and the team that stands beside them.
