On Saturday and Sunday, August 9th and 10th, a storm brought over 13-14 inches of rainfall causing a significant and immediate rise to the river next to Pewaukee Tattoo Parlour. The flood waters filled the building with over 5 feet of water in the basement, destroying nearly everything inside. In just a few hours, years of hard work, creativity, and investment were washed away.
Sarah and Matt are not people that like to ask for help. For years, they've quietly built a shop were ALL clients feel safe, welcomed and inspired - pouring their hearts into every piece of art while giving back to the community in countless small ways.
This event damaged their business, but not their dream or their passion for their work and this community.
Every dollar raised here will go toward what was lost and what is needed for the shop to reopen safely.
If Matt, Sarah, or one of their amazing artists have ever inked your story onto your skin, made you feel at home in their chair, or simply made you smile when you walked in, we humbly ask for your support.
The dollar amount needed to make this awesome small business re-open is significant, but at this point unknown. If there are funds left over, they will be used to support their efforts for community engagement and local 501c3 organizations.
