Talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn't.
In many underfunded communities, elementary school students don't lack passion or potential, they simply lack access to sports, mentorship, and the support that helps them truly believe in their own abilities.
Hi, our names are Maahir Satwani and Prithvi Pandey and it's for this reason that we were inspired to start Beyond the Court. We are high school students in the Bay Area who have been playing competitive basketball together for the past four years. Basketball has shaped who we are today, giving us confidence, friendships, and a sense of purpose and we want to give back that same opportunity to our community.
Beyond the Court provides underfunded elementary school students with access to basketball, mentorship, and life skills to help them grow both on and off the court. This summer, we are proud to partner with Campbell Union School District to bring our program directly into their summer camps, free of cost.
Our goal goes beyond just teaching basketball. Through small group mentorship, team-based activities, and guided discussions, we aim to instill values like confidence and teamwork in our players. Our mission is to create a positive and supportive environment where kids feel seen and valued.
We are raising funds to build a high-quality program and cover costs for equipment, training resources, and the materials needed to create a structured, supportive environment where every child can fully participate and grow.
When opportunity is given, confidence grows. When confidence grows, lives change.
With your donation, we can create opportunities that these children might not otherwise have - helping them build skills, relationships, and confidence that extend far "beyond the court".
