Hi, my name is Ashley Watson, and I am the founder of Beyond the Arc Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping youth ages 7-18 build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills through basketball and holistic development programs. Our mission is to equip the next generation with the tools they need to succeed both on and off the court.

This year, we’re launching several impactful initiatives to support young athletes:

All-Girls Basketball Camp (April 2025): A unique opportunity for girls to gain basketball skills, build self-esteem, and connect with empowering role models.

International Basketball Camp in Belize (August 2025): Bringing the joy of basketball to kids in Belize while providing mentorship and opportunities for growth.

Scholarship Program: Offering two kids one year of basketball training and mental performance coaching to help them reach their full potential.
