Bexley is a friendly, sweet stray cat who was rescued by a concerned cat lover. The rescuer noted he had a nasty wound on his neck. CAT agreed to take in the cat. Indeed, when the CAT volunteer got Bexley late Friday night, the wound looked bad enough to have to rush him to the emergency clinic, where he remains hospitalized over the weekend. The wound is particularly bad as it is on his neck, is very deep, infected, and surrounded by necrotic tissue that needs to be removed for the healing process to start. Bexley will require long-term wound care on an outpatient basis.
Thanks in advance for your contribution to help Bexley. Without your help CAT cannot continue with its mission.
