Beverly’s GoFundMe

Donation protected
As some of you may know, my mother Beverly was diagnosed with Stage 3 brain cancer. Her cancer is called Anaplastic Astrocytoma. It is known as a rare malignant brain tumor. Grade III brain tumors develop quickly and spread to nearby tissue.

Anaplastic Astrocytoma is inoperable and not curable. Five days a week, for six weeks, my mom is receiving radiation to try and shrink the size of the brain tumors.

Anyone that knows my mother Beverly knows that she is a very selfless woman.  All I can ever remember is my mom doing extremely thoughtful things for all my friends, as well as all of my family members. She is a very giving person and has dropped a lot to be able to help out others. It has been very hard watching my mom go through this. We have to hire a caretaker everyday because she can not be alone. My stepdad Marco,  who I am so grateful for, has spent so much of his time doing everything he can for my mom and taking care of her. She is not able to function on her own or do normal everyday things by herself.
My mother always got up every morning to go to the gym and it breaks my heart to see that she can hardly get around now.

I decided to start a GoFundMe for my mother because she was in the hospital for two weeks, she is on several cancer medications, as well as her radiation treatment. I have a full time job and I am a full time student at Western Michigan University and it is very hard for me to be there as much as I would like and be able to help her financially.

I am an only child and my mom is the closest family member I have. She was always there for me through everything growing up and she molded me into a hard-working and great woman. I want to be able to do anything I can to help her. I'm hoping this is just one of those things.

"For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, Plans to prosper you and not harm you, Plans to give you hope and a future"
- Jeremiah 29:11

Nothing is expected but if anyone could please help, your kindness and generosity would be more than deeply appreciated. But most of all, prayers are the most appreciated.
