Hi. My name is Jim, and have worked in the software industry for over 20 years. I’m between jobs, and got hit with severe stomach problems that put me in the hospital. Procedures and healing are expected to take too long to allow even doing food delivery with Grubhub before completely running out of money. Medicare is paying medical expenses, but rent and all the rest are all in danger, as I’m not out of the hospital, and then even home recovery will take a lot of time, and by then, it’s too late, and I’ve lost everything.
