At 25 years old, Betty was diagnosed with CNS lymphoma brain cancer in the midst of the pandemic. We started to notice something was wrong when the left side of her body stopped working properly. After multiple procedures, we came to find out that what she had was worse than we expected. Her diagnosis came off as a shock to everyone because of the energetic and driven spirit she has always had which is what’s been keeping her strong through all of this. It’s been a difficult time for the entire family mentally, physically and emotionally. At the moment, Betty is not able to work since she is constantly in and out of the hospital receiving medical attention. This is how it is going to be for a couple of months which is why we hope to alleviate some financial stress off of her. There are still bills to pay and this is difficult for Betty’s family to do all on their own due to COVID preventing them from working like they used to. We know and understand it hasn’t been easy for anyone with the virus in place, but if you would like to help our family in any way, we would highly appreciate it. Thanks!

En el momento, Betty a dejado de trabajar porque recientemente fue diagnosticada con cáncer cerebral. Ella comenzó a perder el movimiento de su lado izquierdo e fue cuando supimos que algo no estaba bien. Después de muchos estudios y una cirugía en la cabeza, nos dieron las malas noticias de que Betty tenia unos tumores cancerosos. Esto a sido muy difícil para toda la familia física, mental y emocionalmente. Reconocemos que debido a la pandemia, se han complicado las cosas para muchos. Sin embargo, sí desean ayudar a Betty y a su familia liberarse de un poco de estrés financiero, se los agradeceríamos mucho. Gracias.
