Support for the Green Family

My name is Jessica Cooper. I first met Betty Green when she transferred to the same Panera that I work at in Wilmington, NC 2 years ago. Still, I work with Betty everyday, and everyone at Panera (both staff and customers) loves her. Over the past two years she has become an integral part of our Panera family. Betty is a single mom to two boys, Hayden and Tomas. Betty is also one of the most hardworking people that I know. 

Today, Betty has faced an unspeakable tragedy. She has lost her oldest son 17 year old Tomas Green in a hit and run accident along Highway 17 in Hampstead, NC. Tomas was a student at Topsail High School, and will be missed by many.

During this time of grieving we want to help Betty in any way that we can. I have set up this gofundme page in order to pay for transporting Tomas back to their hometown in Indiana, along with funeral costs, and living expenses as Betty will not be able to work for some time.
