The recovery process has made it extremely difficult for her to continue working. Soon, she will begin chemotherapy to combat further tumor growth, with another surgery on the horizon. As a hairdresser, Betty brings immense joy in our salon and valued clients however, the physical demands of her profession coupled with the stress of treatment are taking a toll on her both physically and emotionally.
