Betty and her family

Dear friends and community,

Many of you know Betty, the kind-hearted cashier at Shoppers Drug Mart on Manning Road, who always takes the time to pray for others. Now, Betty and her family are in need of our support. Her daughter recently underwent life-threatening surgery to repair a torn aorta. In a heartbreaking turn, doctors had to perform an emergency C-section three months early to save her baby. Both mother and baby were rushed to Detroit for urgent medical care, and they are now fighting for their health.

With Betty, her daughter, and son-in-law all off work during this critical time, they are facing unexpected financial burdens. We’re asking for your help to ease some of their worries and allow them to focus on recovery. Any contribution, big or small, would mean the world to this family in need.
