Support a thought-provoking cool short film and a team of independent filmmakers all for the price of a meal!
Better The Devil You Know is a story that examines moral accountability when faced with the inevitable consequence of the afterlife. Even though all of humanity has sinned, while in conversation with the Devil incarnate, our protagonist pleads his case by arguing that perhaps his sins were less than that of a murderer or a rapist. A weak argument by a complicated man, contends the Devil. The protagonist's fate won't be as clearly marked as he thought.
To see this final judgement come to life, we are asking for your support in the making of Better The Devil You Know, directed by Vipin Venugopal . In addition to producing entertaining content for your enjoyment, the proceeds will support the film’s festival run.
This piece will also serve as a proof of concept project to be pitched to various streaming platforms to be further developed into an anthology series.
We will be shooting the short film on February 4-5, 2020 in Dorking, UK therefore we are asking for donations as soon as possible to help us cover the following expenses:
Cast and crew payment
Equipment
Film festival submission cost
Permits and location cost
General production cost
