This little guy has been roaming Firethorne for at least a week, and we believe he was also spotted along Texas Heritage Parkway about a month ago. After several days of trying to keep him safe, he was finally trapped this morning.

He’s approximately three years old, only about six pounds, and despite everything he’s been through, he is the sweetest little lap dog. He’s very affectionate, just a bit unsure from being on his own for so long. He is not chipped or neutered, and we will be getting him neutered and fully vetted as soon as possible.

Local rescues are overwhelmed right now, so we’re stepping in to cover his immediate medical needs and give him a fresh start. We’re raising funds to help with his vetting, vaccinations, neuter, and any additional care he may need.

Any extra funds will go directly toward helping other dogs in similar situations.

We are also searching for a foster home where he can decompress and feel safe. If you’re willing to foster or know someone who might be, please reach out.

Thank you for helping us give this little guy the chance he deserves.
