Betsy Swales

Bit of a background story, as a team at Norton Stockton Ancients Under 9s we have a amazing little team. Unfortunately we have a player called Betsy Swales who plays for us who has became really unwell. It’s at a stage where she’s needing machines to help her breath and learning to walk again is a strong possibility. She is an absolute rock, nothing fears or fazes her and gets stuck in to everything. Unfortunately over the last week, Betsy has been in hospital and seems to be deteriorating, the doctors at this stage are not sure what is wrong with her. Doctors are doing tests daily to try and find out what it is.

we are raising money to help support the parents and sister Lilly as we know it all adds up with food, drinks & petrol to and from the RVI and we want to take the strain off them a little. The family are incredible and as a team/club we are doing anything possible to support them.
