This GoFundMe is set up in support of my Aunt, Betsy Norton Barrios, who was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. Aunt Betsy has been the backbone of her family for years; she has been a loving mom to Daniel and Jessica, a devoted wife to her husband Richard, and a nurturing grandmother to her two grandchildren, Carter and Charlie. No amount of descriptors will adequately encapsulate what she has been to so many.

The truth is, Betsy would never want this page to exist, she is independent and headstrong. I could imagine myself asking her if I could set this up for her and her responding with, "absolutely not; what're you nuts?" But the truth is, Betsy needs our help, not just in battling cancer, but in ensuring the financial stability of her family.

It is our turn to say "thank you" for the years of love and memories she has given us. No amount is too small. Thank you for your support and love! I know Richie, Dan, and Jessica, are so appreciative.
