With a heart full of hope, I am reaching out to you for support. My child, Heriberto Saldaña, better known as Betito Saldaña, urgently needs a specialized maxillofacial treatment/surgery. Without this maxillofacial surgery there runs a risk for increased pain, potential infections, further bone or tissue damage, even more complex surgical procedures in the future, and potentially even tooth loss or jaw misalignment.

Therefore, this is not a simple procedure; it demands traveling outside of Laredo, Texas, to find a dentist who has the expertise to care for children with special needs. Finding a dentist who can meet Betito's special needs has been incredibly challenging, both mentally and financially.

After a long search, we found a dentist in San Antonio, TX, but insurance won't cover all the costs. This fundraiser specifically aims to cover the cost of the anesthesiologist.
