With a very heavy heart, I write this message to seek help and support from the general public following the painful loss of my beloved elder brother.

My brother had been battling Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) for years. Since January 28, his condition became very critical after he was rushed from his office to the hospital in Lagos. Since then, he remained hospitalized, going through one surgery after another and fighting seriously for his life.

We did everything within our power to save him. We tried raising funds to fly him to the United Kingdom for advanced medical treatment, but unfortunately, despite all efforts, we could not raise enough support in time. Sadly, he gave up yesterday after months of pain and suffering.

He leaves behind five children — two grown children and triplets who are still very young. He was the second son of our family, a loving father, brother, and a hardworking man whose loss has left us completely broken.

At this difficult moment, we are humbly asking for support to help move his body from Lagos to Rivers State for burial and to assist with funeral arrangements. The transportation alone is estimated to cost about $7,000, while the total burial expenses may reach about $15,000.

Any support, no matter how small, will mean so much to our family. Whatever remains after the burial expenses will be given to his wife to support the children he left behind.

This covers outstanding hospital bills, mortuary charges, body preparation, and release documents.

3. Coffin & Burial Materials

This includes the coffin, burial clothing, grave preparation, tent setup, chairs, and other burial materials.

4. Funeral Service & Church Arrangements

This covers church service arrangements, choir support, printing of programs, and service coordination.

5. Food, Groceries & Refreshments

Estimated Cost: $1,500

This includes groceries, cooking materials, food preparation, drinks, water, and refreshments for guests and family members during the burial.

6. Family & Visitor Support

Estimated Cost: $1,000

This will help support transportation, accommodation, and welfare for close family members coming from different locations.

7. Support for His Wife & Children
