Bethea Family House Fire

The Bethea Family:
Akeem, Joanna, Brice, Elijah, & Joshua

Akeem & Joanna, parents who serve their community as a teacher and nurse, were gearing up for a nice Christmas with their 3 young sons. The next day, they planned to take a road trip to see Joanna's ailing mother who had to undergo 3 surgeries recently.

At the worst time possible, before Joanna's shift at the hospital, she woke up to the smell of smoke in their home. They checked on their children and soon discovered the horror of what we now was an electrical fire in one of the bathrooms. This fire spread throughout the home.

Needless to say, their home is damaged by the fire on Christmas Eve. Many of their belongings and kid's Christmas presents are gone, but thank God they are all safe!
