Hi, I am Bethany Horn and I am having surgery on October 23rd. I have a rapidly growing tumor on my ovary that is already much bigger than just last week, and a huge cyst. I have to have an immediate hysterectomy. I am the only provider for a family of six (me, my mother, and four kids). Medicaid covers some, but not all, of the surgery. Also, I will not be able to work for 2 weeks, and my bills will be very behind after recovery if I do not have some kind of help. Funds will be used for bills and medical expenses.
