Beth & Phil were married for about six weeks before she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. They also found out that it is in her lymph nodes.
They are both hard working people in the service industry. Which means there is no sick pay and/or medical insurance. They both work 40+ hours a week... All while Phil attends school full time. They are a blended family with support going towards twin girls.
Beth will start chemo in the next couple weeks for approximately four months, with radiation to follow. They're hoping that they can get the mass to the point that they can operate with out having a mastectomy.
The main concern is not knowing what to expect while going through chemo and radiation, not knowing how much work will be missed, how sick it might make her, and still making ends meet for their family and for combined children.
Please donate to our friends to help take some of the burden off of their shoulders while they go through an extremely trying time in their lives. No donation is too small; they will be greatly appreciated! Thank you
