My husband and I, Nichole and Ben Brown, would like to help some of our good friends, Beth and Lando Alexander, and their new baby Forrest. Beth gave birth to their new beautiful baby boy, Forrest, on Friday, January 10th at 1:10 pm. She had some complications after the birth, lost a lot of blood, and after 4 blood transfusions, they had to move her to ICU because her body started fighting itself and her kidneys started shutting down. She started dialysis a few days ago, but it's not working as quickly as they would like. There is a new pill that she could take and it would jumpstart her kidneys, but it's $20,000 and insurance is denying it. The CEO of the hospital came in and told her that she ordered the pill for her and that they would fight the insurance company, but that her life was worth more than that and then prayed with her. We would love to help raise enough money for them so that Beth can get this pill and get back to herself so that they can get home with their new sweet baby.
